The waitresses were polite and helpful. Further, the customers there were decent people. I made my trip from Toronto, Ontario to NYC, NY to celebrate my wedding anniversary. I was lucky not missing to dine at Hard Rock Cafe!! Hope you enjoy the Cafe next time you are in NYC!!!
My shoes and socks were soaked because of it. We got moved to another table and just was told \”sorry\”. I thought they could have handled the situation better by offering to take a drink or few bucks off the bill.
